Who We Help
Every family is different, and your planning should reflect the people who matter in your life.
Planning should make room for the way your people actually live, love, work, and care for one another.

Adults 40+, seniors, and elders
Get organized before a health, family, or caregiving change makes decisions urgent.
Adult children and family caregivers
Find the information, documents, and conversations that can make caregiving more manageable.
Couples, single adults, and people without children
Build a plan that reflects the people you trust and the life you actually live.
Blended, adoptive, step, chosen, and same-sex families
Make sure the right people understand what matters and where to find it.
Military families and veterans
Create clarity that can travel with you through moves, deployments, and changing responsibilities.
People navigating inherited property or a major life change
Sort through what is here, what may be missing, and what should happen next.
Life Planning
Life Planning Is About More Than Death

What would happen if you were hospitalized or could not communicate? Who would know what matters to you? Could someone find the information they need? Would the people you trust know who to call and what to do?
Preparation is not only about what happens after death. It is also about protecting your voice while you are living—through illness, injury, caregiving, aging, disability, and major life changes.
Planning gives the people you trust a clearer place to start.
The Proctor Method
Prepare
Start where you are and name what matters.
Review
Look at the people, information, and documents in your life.

Feel more ready for the conversations that matter.
Start with a Conversation
You can begin with a simple conversation about what matters
You do not have to do everything today. You just need to know what comes next.
MYTH OR FACT?
“My family knows what I want.”
Love helps families care deeply. It does not always tell them who can speak, where information is, or what steps to take when life changes unexpectedly.

Love Is Important. But Love Alone Is Not a Plan.
Diana grew up watching family members care for elders and later became directly involved in caregiving, illness, medical care, end-of-life situations, and difficult family circumstances. She saw how much families can love one another and still feel unprepared when a decision, document, or next step is suddenly needed.
Love alone does not tell a family who has authority, where documents are, what someone wants, or what steps happen next. I created Proctor Central to help people organize before a crisis and stay in control of their own choices and documents.

The 15-Minute Test
Could Someone Find What They Need in 15 Minutes?
If something happened to you today, could someone you trust find the information they need within 15 minutes?
- • Who to call
- • Where important documents are
- • Medication and health information
- • Your care preferences
- • Who has authority to help
If the answer is not yet, that is not a reason to panic. It is a place to begin.
